Internal Family Systems Healing Circle

I am inviting you to be a part of a small group of people who are curious about getting to know their internal system in a new way. Before we gather you’re invited to read the book: 

No Bad Parts by Richard Schwartz

Group size will consist of no more than 6 participants and each one of you will have the opportunity to volunteer to go inside and be with your internal system while being witnessed by others in the circle.
