I walk meandering fields of inner healing; creating spacious sanctuaries where curiosity and compassion meet the unknown. My journey began in 2007 as I asked the questions of myself, “What parts of me need healing?” In 2015 I was introduced to The Internal Family Systems and went on to train with The Center for Self Leadership, now know as The IFS Institute. I went on to complete levels 1, 2, and 3, and I have been a Certified Practitioner since 2018.

I’’ve served as a Program Assistant for IFS trainings, and have had the honor of receiving training and consultation with Dr. Richard Schwartz, the founder of IFS. These experiences have deepened not only my understanding of the model, but my trust in what happens when we truly let the Self lead.
